The Financial Skills Workshop is a two-day workshop created for owners, senior managers and any team member who makes decisions affecting the financial performance of the business. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to draw critical insights from your financial statements to develop and implement better budgeting and cash flow management systems.
Being able to analyse, control, and then make the right decisions based on your financial information is critical for business success. Financial literacy can enable smarter and more effective long-term financial planning. It can also help to locate hidden opportunities you didn’t know existed.

What To Expect From The Workshop
This two day workshop will give you a detailed understanding of financial reporting to develop better budgeting and cash flow management. You will be able to read, forecast and manage the numbers behind the business and develop an action plan to improve financial stability.

What will be covered?
Matt Bellingham is the facilitator for the Financial Sales Skills Workshop.
His immense financial skills are highly valued by his many clients and the commercial and altruistic boards to which he’s committed. In 2013 Matt was awarded a Fellowship by the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) in recognition for the commitment to excellence which he has demonstrated throughout this career. Matt is currently the Chair of CA ANZ’s Public Practice Advisory Board.

It was quite a small group, which was really fantastic, because when you have bigger groups you sometimes feel you don't get as much out, but this was perfect. I’m still in touch with my course mates and they love my wine, which is a bonus!
