General Icehouse Terms & Conditions

  • Business Trading Name
    • The business trading name is The Icehouse Limited. This name will appear on all statements and invoices.
  • Currency:
    • All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollar (NZ$)
    • Prices listed on the website are excluding GST
  • Business Location
    • The Icehouse Limited is a New Zealand owned business.
    • The full physical address is: The Icehouse, Level 4, The Textile Centre, 117 – 125 St Georges Bay Rd, Parnell, Auckland
  • Credit Card Payment
    • The Icehouse Limited accepts only credit card payments from Mastercard and Visa

Product Specific Terms & Conditions

Events and Workshops

  • All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
  • Cancellation Policy: Payment is the only confirmation of your place at an Icehouse event/workshop. Cancellations or transfers must be submitted in writing up to 14 working days prior to the start date of the event to receive a full refund. Transfers are at the discretion of The Icehouse.  Due to event/workshop demand and the volume of preparation, cancellations or transfers received within 7-14 working days of the event/workshop start date will be subject to a fee of 20% of the event cost.  There are no refunds provided for cancellations submitted under 7 days. The Icehouse reserves the right to make changes to the event/workshop, location and speakers without prior notice.

Owner Operator Programme

  • All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or transfers must be submitted in writing up to 10 working days prior to the start of the programme to receive full refund. Due to programme demand and the volume of pre-programme preparation, cancellations received within 10 days prior to the start of the programme will be subject to the loss of your deposit.

Owner Manager Programme

  • All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or transfer participation, you must submit your request in writing more than 42 days (6 weeks) before the programme start date to receive a full refund or transfer to another programme. Due to programme demand and the volume of pre-programme preparation, cancellations or transfers received less than 42 days before the programme start date are subject to a payment of 25% of the programme fees. Requests received within 28 days (4 weeks) of the programme start date are subject to a payment of 50% of the programme fees. Requests received fewer than 14 days before the start of the programme are subject to full payment of the programme fee. NB: There are no transfers or refunds provided under 14 days.

Leadership Development Programme

  • All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or transfer participation, you must submit your request in writing more than 42 days (6 weeks) before the programme start date to receive a full refund or transfer to another programme. Due to programme demand, and the volume of pre-programme preparation, cancellations or transfers received less than 42 days before the programme start date are subject to a payment for 25% of the programme fees. Requests received within 28 days (4 weeks) of the programme start date are subject to a payment of 50% of the programme fees and requests received less than 14 days before the start of the programme are subject to full payment of the programme fees. NB: There are no transfers or refunds provided under 14 days.

Coaching/In-Company/Market Validation

  • All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
  • Once a project authorisation form has been signed, the agreement may be discontinued by the client by giving 30 days’ notice in writing to The Icehouse, in which case the agreement will terminate on expiry of that notice. The client must pay for the all of the hours they have used, as recorded by the coach, up until the termination date.

Owner-Manager Exchange

  • All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
  • Event Cancellation Policy: Payment is the only confirmation of your place at an Icehouse event.  Cancellations must be submitted in writing up 30 days prior to the start date of the programme to receive a full refund.  Due to programme demand and the volume of pre-programme preparation, cancellations received between 7-30 days of the programme start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the programme fee.  There will no refunds for cancellations received within 7 days of the programme start date.

  • process your enrolment;
  • understand more about you and your business; and
  • better enable us to help you grow your business.

Besides our staff, we share this information with our delivery partners in order to better tailor the event, workshop or programme content to you and your business.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter business demographics, we may unfortunately be unable to enrol or tailor your business to a programme or workshop.

We keep your information safe by storing it in secure locations and only allowing authorised users access.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
