Business Trading Name-
- The business trading name is The Icehouse Limited. This name will appear on all statements and invoices.

Product Specific Terms & Conditions
Workshops
- All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
- Cancellation Policy: Payment is the only confirmation of your place at an Icehouse workshop. Cancellations must be submitted in writing up to 14 days prior to the start date of the workshop to receive a full refund. Due to workshop demand and the volume of preparation, cancellations received within 7-14 days of the workshop start date will be subject to a fee of 20% of the workshop cost. There are no refunds provided for cancellations submitted under 7 days. The Icehouse reserves the right to make changes to the workshop, location, and speakers without prior notice.
- Transfer Policy: Transfers are at the discretion of The Icehouse and may incur an administration fee. All requests must be submitted in writing.
- Request received up to 14 days prior to start date = no fee
- Request received 7-14 days prior to start date = 20% of the workshop cost as an administration fee.
- Requests received less than 7 days prior to the start date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Residential Programmes: Owner Manager Programme, Leadership Development Programme, Owner Manager Exchange
- All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
- Cancellation Policy: Payment is the only confirmation of your place on an Icehouse programme. If you need to cancel or transfer participation, you must submit your request in writing more than 42 days (6 weeks) before the programme start date to receive a full refund or transfer to another programme. Due to programme demand and the volume of pre-programme preparation, cancellations received 28-42 days before the programme start date are subject to a payment of 25% of the programme fees. Requests received 14-28 days before the programme start date are subject to a payment of 50% of the programme fees. Requests received less than 14 days before the start of the programme are subject to full payment of the programme fees.
- There are no refunds once a programme has started, and the participant is liable for full payment of programme fees.
- Transfer Policy: All requests must be submitted in writing. One programme transfer is permitted before forfeit of deposit.
- Transfer requests received 42 days prior to start date = no fee
- Transfer requests received 28-41 days prior to start date are subject to an administration fee of $750 + GST
- Transfer requests received 14-27 days prior to start date are subject to an administration fee of $1,250 + GST
- Additional (ie more than one) transfers are at discretion of The Icehouse and would incur an additional administration fee.
- There are no transfers provided within 14 days of programme start.
- Early Bird deals – if you are on an “Early Bird” deal please see applicable additional terms & conditions below.
Early Bird deals for the Owner Manager Programme
- All general Icehouse and Residential Programme terms & conditions outlined above apply with additional restrictions detailed below
- Non-payment of deposit by specified invoice due date means forfeiture of the Early Bird deal and you will be re-invoiced at our standard pricing.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received more than 42 days (6 weeks) prior to start date receive a full refund only IF no coaching hours have been utilised. Participant is liable for full payment of coaching hours utilised.
- Transfer Policy: There are NO transfers on the Early Bird deal.
- Coaching hours: hours can be utilised pre-programme, throughout / during the programme or on completion of the programme.
- Hours are non-transferrable
- Hours cannot be carried over and expire 1 year from Day 1 of Block 1 of the programme.
Non-residential Programmes: Business Owners Programme, Emerging Leaders Programme, Effective Leadership Programme
- All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
- Cancellation Policy: Payment is the only confirmation of your place on an Icehouse programme. If you need to cancel or transfer participation, you must submit your request in writing more than 28 days prior to the start of the programme to receive a full refund. Due to programme demand and the volume of pre-programme preparation, cancellations received 14-28 days prior to the start of the programme will be subject to loss of your deposit. Requests received less than 14 days prior to the start of the programme are subject to full payment of the programme fee.
- There are no refunds once a programme has started, and the participant is liable for full payment of programme fee.

- There are no transfers provided within 14 days of programme start.
Business Coaching and Advisory
- All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
- Services cannot commence until the deposit has been received in full.
- Changes to agreed session times must be arranged a week prior or will be chargeable.
- An agreement may be discontinued by The Icehouse or the client by giving 30 days’ notice in writing to the other party, in which case the agreement will terminate on expiry of that date. The client must pay for all the hours they have used, as recorded by the coach, up until the termination date.
- If the activity does not commence within 3 months of provisional start date, The Icehouse reserves the right to void the agreement and retain the deposit payment.
- If the activity under the agreement is not completed within 12 months of the date of client signature, The Icehouse reserves the right to increase the fees for delivery of the remaining activity.
- Whilst The Icehouse (& the Coach/Facilitator) will take care to provide the services in a proper and efficient manner, it shall have no liability to the Client for anything other than a breach by The Icehouse (& the Coach/Facilitator) of an express provision of this agreement. The Icehouse (& the Coach/Facilitator) shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special loss, and in no event shall the liability of The Icehouse (& the Coach/Facilitator) to the Client in aggregate exceed the amount of the Base Fee received by The Icehouse from the Client pursuant to this agreement.
Coworking Membership
- All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your coworking membership, you must submit your request in writing to The Icehouse. Unless there is a fixed term contract in place the required notice period as detailed below.
- For Fixed Desk, Monthly Hot Desk and Monthly Membership plans notice period is 30 days.
- For clients renting 4 (or more) fixed desks per month, notice period is 60 days.
- For Private Studios, clients on a 6-month minimum or 12-month minimum contract, notice period as per individual tenancy agreement.
Campaign Terms & Conditions
Ignite'25 Scholarships
- The scholarships are only eligible for Owner Manager Programmes starting in 2025.
- The value of the scholarship cannot be transferred to another person or another programme.
- The first deposit must be paid by the applicant to secure the scholarship.
- This scholarship cannot be used in conjunction with any other scholarship.
Current 2025 Co-Working Offer
- The 10% discount is only applicable to Fixed / Permanent Desk Memberships.
- The offer is only available to new-to-business co-working customers.
- The discount is only applied to the monthly cost, not to the bond.
- Fixed / Permanent desks must be secured by end of July to access the 10% discount.
Ingite'25 Strategy Package Giveaway
- The prize includes a one-day workshop for up to 15 people facilitated by Icehouse, two follow-up group coaching calls (online) valued at $8,000, and one entry into the Best Places To Work™ Employee Engagement Survey worth up to $1,000.
- Workshop is to be held on an agreed date before 31 December 2025.
- No travel costs or facilitator disbursements are included.
- Prizes cannot be transferred.
Icehouse x Airpoints™ Terms and Conditions
1. About this offer
By joining selected Icehouse programmes, you can earn Airpoints Dollars™ through our partnership with Air New Zealand. These Terms apply alongside the Airpoints™ Terms and Conditions, which can be found at www.airnz.co.nz.
Eligibility to earn Airpoints Dollars™ with The Icehouse
To earn Airpoints Dollars™ with the Icehouse you must also be an Airpoints™ member and have an Airpoints number. The Airpoints Programme is operated by Air New Zealand and the Airpoints Terms and Conditions apply. If you are not an Airpoints member and wish to join, you will need to do so through Air New Zealand. We do not operate the Airpoints™ programme.
Airpoints Dollars will be able to be earned from Icehouse on registrations completed from 1 July 2025.
2. Eligible programmes
Airpoints Dollars™ can be earned on the following standard Icehouse run programmes:
- Owner Manager Programme (OMP) —Eligible customers will receive 500 bonus Airpoints Dollars™.
- Leadership Development Programme (LDP) — Eligible customers will receive 200 bonus Airpoints Dollars ™.
- Business Owner Programme, Smart Governance, Emerging Leaders, Effective Leadership Programme, Customised Training, Financial Skills Workshop and Sales Skills Workshop — earn standard Airpoints Dollars ™ only, no bonuses.
Coaching & Advisory Services,programmes and workshops not run by Icehouse and non-listed programmes and workshops do not qualify for Airpoints™ Dollars.
3. How much you earn
You’ll earn 1 Airpoints Dollar™ for every $50 NZD spent (excluding GST) on eligible Icehouse run programmes.
Airpoints™ Dollars are awarded within 30 days of the payment due date, providing your eligible booking has been fully paid (settled) on time and the programme has commenced. Late payment of invoices may result in delayed awarding of Airpoints. The Airpoints Dollars are non-refundable, non-transferable, and will only be credited to the Airpoints™ number supplied in the sign-up form. No changes can be made to the Airpoints™ number after submission.
4. How to get your Airpoints™
To receive Airpoints Dollars™:
1. Provide a valid Airpoints number when you sign up.
2. Pay your programme fees in full and meet all course requirements.
3. Your Airpoints Dollars™ will be added to your Airpoints account within 30 days, of the payment due date, providing your eligible booking has been fully paid (settled) and programme has commenced.
5. Exclusions
No Airpoints Dollars™ will be earned on cancellations, including programmes cancelled by the Icehouse, refunded amounts, or unpaid invoices.
Coaching & Advisory services, programmes not run by Icehouse and non-listed programmes and workshops are excluded.
You can’t earn Airpoints Dollars™ retroactively if you don’t provide a valid Airpoints™ number before your programme starts.
6. Tax
Should there be any tax liabilities arising from earning Airpoints Dollars™ that responsibility remains with the business or participant earning the Airpoints Dollars™.
7. Privacy
By providing your Airpoints number, you agree that The Icehouse may share it with Air New Zealand to process your Airpoints Dollars. For details on how your information is handled, see our Privacy Policy and the Airpoints Privacy Policy, found at www.airnz.co.nz.
8. Changes to these terms and conditions
The Icehouse reserves the right to change or withdraw this Airpoints offer at any time, at its sole discretion. Including by way of addition to or removal and withdrawal of any Offers at any time and without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
9. Right to correction
We reserve the right to audit Airpoints Dollars earned. As stated in the Air New Zealand Terms and Conditions, Air New Zealand reserve the right to amend, debit and correct the Airpoints Dollars and/or Status Point balance, or any other Airpoints Member Benefit in an Account if we or they identify any inaccuracy (due to our or Air New Zealand’s mistake or otherwise).

Privacy Statement
The information you provide us is used to assist The Icehouse in processing your enrolment and delivering you content. It will be treated with strict confidence, will only be used by The Icehouse, and will not be sold or given to any other organisation for commercial or any other use.
On programmes your contact information will be shared with participants and facilitators in your group, if you are not comfortable with this, please let us know.
All business information shared as part of attending the programme will be kept strictly confidential and all parties to the information will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
We keep your information safe by storing it in secure locations and only allowing authorised users access.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
