    Whether it's been 1 year or 10 years since you graduated from the Owner Manager Programme, this is your chance to jump right back into the environment to exchange new ideas and revisit your strategy.

    Programme overview

    This programme is designed for graduates of The Icehouse Owner Manager and Agribusiness Programmes who want to refresh their thinking about themselves and their business.

    Each year, we refresh the content to ensure it reflects market changes and business trends, so those who have completed the Owner Manager Exchange (OMX) before can join again. Besides new content, returning participants tell us they come back for the interaction with old and new associates and the interactive ‘exchange’ of information and ideas.

    Outcomes

    Each year the content and format of the Owner Manager Exchange Programme is reviewed and refreshed to ensure it is reflective of market changes, so those who have completed OMX before can continue to participate annually.

    Participants on this programme will:

    •  Discuss the state of your business, revisiting where you were at the end of your Owner Manager/Agribusiness Programme, where you are now, and what the future holds
    • Learn from case studies and guest speakers about business stories that will inform and inspire
    • Work with business advisors to create an action plan for the future
    • Participate in a session around well-being and resilience
    • Share reflections, thoughts and advice with business owners and mentors, similar to those on your Owner Manager Programme or Agribusiness Programme

    Structure & Format

    The programme consists of three consecutive days in Queenstown. You'll stay with your coursemates on-location and fully immerse yourself in the learning experience.


    As is the case with all Icehouse programmes, we encourage the sharing of ideas and challenges amongst participants, so come with a list!

    Facilitators & Speakers

    To ensure this feels like the Icehouse experience you're all too familiar with, the directors of the Owner Manager Programme are the ones who lead this 3 day programme.

     

    There will be a selection of guest speakers, owner-managers and subject matter experts that join us on programme.

    Your Coursemates

    You'll be joined by a small group of fellow Owner Manager Programme alumni from different programmes over the years. Some will be first-time Exchange participants, many will be returning participants.
