Wellbeing & Mental Health

For business owners, leaders and their staff

At The Icehouse we have a responsibility to protect the mental health and wellbeing of our colleagues, community, friends and wider network.

In consultation with Dr Sven Hansen at The Resilience Institute, who The Icehouse has worked with since our inception in 2001, we have created this resource to help you, and your work and home whānau, to understand and positively react to the negative impacts on mental health and wellbeing brought about by this current situation and beyond.

If you need help or believe you know of someone who is struggling with debilitating stress, anxiety or depression, we urge you/them to contact your/their doctor in the first instance.

This is a vital first step in acknowledging there is a problem, and your doctor will be able to offer you the best professional assistance to help you move forward.

We have curated a wide range of resources which will help tackle many of the issues discussed, including podcasts, webinars, blogs and Icehouse Insights.

Please be kind to yourself and support others.
