Episode 70 of The Icehouse podcast, hosted by Bryar Stewart, is with Logan Boyce, Group Wineries Manager at Indevin and Leadership Development Programme 43 Alumni.
Having been with Indevin since 2003, Logan has seen significant growth over the years, and has been instrumental in putting systems in place to support the business’s growth and his own personal development.
Now, as Group Wineries Manager, he is responsible for the Malborough Riverlands and Hawke’s Bay facility and in charge of all things operations - wine makers, cellar, and engineering all report through to Logan.
Episode 70 highlights Indevin’s focus on Harvest Season, looking after their staff and culture, developing solid strategies and system, and keeping things simple to strengthen the team.
Logan dives into his learnings from The Icehouse’s LDP programme, and what he has personally implemented into Indevin and his lifestyle since finishing the programme last year. Logan also gives advice to others in leadership and provides wisdom for building strong teams, delegating, inclusive decision making and more.
