Being a banker at BNZ for 30+ years, Shane had seen many clients go on The Icehouse Owner Manager Programme, and continually saw their growth financially and personally. When he was looking for an opportunity to upskill as an owner, he remembered The Icehouse and is now on our Owner Manager Programme 53.
We discuss Shane’s highs and lows in the last four years of ownership, and the effect on business from the last 18 months specifically; supply chain, stock levels, hiring and keeping good people, and scaling quickly to offer more diverse products in an unexpected time of boom.
