Robyn brings her wide range of HR experience to NZ businesses, having worked in manufacturing, sales, R&D and engineering overseas. Since returning to NZ, she’s worked in private, public, not-for-profit organisations in both internal and contract roles. Always up for a challenge, there have been some sizable restructuring and change projects along the way.
With more years in HR than she likes to admit, there isn’t much that surprises Robyn or that she hasn’t dealt with. Regardless of the topic, she deals with everything in the same calm and caring manner.
Robyn found her niche when she began providing HR advice and support to business owners. She’s found that HR / people management is often the forgotten cousin when it comes to managing a team and is on the road to change this.
