We‘ve managed to retain all our staff, even in difficult times, and our commitment to staff training programmes is one of our number one priorities. In 2009, we took on seven apprentices which made the headlines in the local newspaper. While it took me a while to get going, things are now happening faster and faster and my knowledge and confidence continues to grow."
