| What did you do before?
I’ve worked in several senior and general management roles for a diverse range of international companies including Blue Star Group, GWA Group and Staples. In that time, I developed a passion and expertise for building high-performing, cross functional teams and I am thrilled that I get to continue that work in my various roles at The Icehouse.
| What do you do at The Icehouse?
I’m The Icehouse regional manager for Hawke’s Bay, working with Liz Wotherspoon, who is our Chief Executive of Growth and our Customer Growth Partners to establish the strategy for the region. I am the Director and facilitator of, the Owner Operator Pprogramme and Co-director and facilitator of the Effective Leadership Programme. I am also a business coach, helping business owners and their senior leaders focus on getting clear on the business direction and priorities, developing leadership capability, and improving productivity.
