| What did you do before?

Back in Argentina I studied to become a vet, taught public health to children in impoverished communities and was part of the genetic research department at university and taught genetics to students. I am also a qualified pastry chef and worked at one of the Ritz Hotels in the USAOnce in New Zealand I reinvented myself as a Microsoft Licensing Analyst! 

| What do you do at The Icehouse?

I’m in the delivery team and we focus on delivering the best experience for programme and workshop attendees. I run the behind-the-scenes at the Leadership Development Programme and all the workshops; providing venue, travel, catering and group transfer support, and anything in between. I also cover the external communications with those coming on the programme, so everyone is prepared and informed.
