| What did you do before?
I'm originally from Russia, where I worked at a radio station for five years. I ran their events, concerts, open-airs and promotional activity. From there, I moved to New Zealand, and studied event management and found The Icehouse by accident. I was planning a wedding and wasn’t really looking for a new job, but I saw a really cool ad for the job and applied.
| What do you do at The Icehouse?
I’m in the delivery team and we focus on delivering the best experience for attendees. I run the behind-the-scenes at all the events, programmes and workshops to make sure everything is running smoothly. I also cover the external communications with those coming on the programmes and those facilitating the programmes, so everyone is prepared and informed.
