Stephen has had varied experiences in senior leadership roles across different industries. Currently employed as the Chief Executive of Badminton New Zealand, Stephen combines this with governance and advisory work in retail and construction. He has helped businesses set up good governance practices, undertake strategic planning and be a sounding board for owners. Stephen has also worked with owners on developing and implementing succession plans that allow for a smooth transfer of ownership. He is particularly interested in leadership, developing employee ownership models and building amazing teams.
