Sandra is a coach and facilitator working with a cross section of businesses. She is an agri-business owner and Charitable Not-For-Profit founder with a financial background having worked in Australia, England and New Zealand. She believes the key to business success is supporting the people within, and meticulous financial monitoring. She is passionate in enabling business owners, through a strength-based and positive team culture approach, to reach their business and personal goals.. Sandra co-founded the charitable organisation Farming Women Tair?whiti, winner of the 2021 Tair?whiti Westpac Business Awards Volunteer, Not-For-Profit and Community category. She is Board Chair of Rural Women NZ, Board member of Endometriosis NZ & Trustee of the Rural Communities Trust. She sits on advisory groups for Beef + Lamb NZ Farmer Council, Civil Defense Rural Co-ordination Group and Federated Farmers.
