The Icehouse has two co-working spaces available:
1. Parnell Co-Working Space
Our first available space is located just off the Strand in St Georges Bay Road on the top floor of the old Textile Centre. Known as the city’s first suburb, Parnell has a vibrant mix of rich heritage along with modern sophistication with quaint shops and a bunch of up and coming bars and restaurants while also being close to all motorways and the CBD.
This newly renovated space is bathed in natural light giving a wonderful open and airy environment for businesses, startups and independents to work and collaborate in as they grow their businesses.
There are a number of informal breakout areas, wall work spaces, Focus Pods and Skype acoustic areas, as well as seven meeting rooms of varying sizes when a more formal approach is required. Your guests will be welcomed in our Reception Area where we have a virtual receptionist and where our Community Office Manager is located. For security purposes we have a swipe-tag security system, alarm and CCTV cameras throughout the office.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS?
We offer several different membership options to allow flexibility, these include:
- Dedicated Fixed Desk: $640 per month including 24/7 access
- Hot Desk: $450 per month including 24/7 access and a storage locker
- Weekly Hot Desk: $150 per week (office hour access)
All our charges include internet usage, tea/coffee, Friday community drinks and various networking/community activities.
Additional options are available for any wider support needs e.g. printing, photocopying, telephony, parking.
2. Eden Terrace Co-Working Space
Our second available space is a new shared office based at 32 Nikau Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland. This is a pop up space that is available from July 2016 through to February 2017.
This shared working space offers a great working hub with multiple meeting rooms, boardrooms and a fabulous outdoor entertaining area for summer.

We have standing and seated desks available at $450+GST per month.
Limited off street parking is also available at $180+GST per month.
