The ICEHOUSE has 11 years of experience with established programme programmes. Te Puni Kōkiri aim to build Māori business capability and inspire Māori to access the best available training. They are financially supporting the participation of selected Māori business people to attend ICEHOUSE programmes.

For high-calibre owner-managers

Annual turnover of $3-100 million (10-3000 employees)
- More than 400 owner-managers have experienced the Owner Manager Programme (OMP).
- It provides tools, confidence and renewed focus on the participant and their role in a growing business.
- Participants say the programme transformed their profitability, growth, employment opportunities and market penetration. On average they show earnings growth of 38.2% per year.

Achieving Business Growth Workshop
For owner-managers and senior managers of small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs)
Annual turnover of $300k-5 million (3-20 employees).
- The Achieving Business Growth workshops unlocks business potential by giving an overview of the most relevant concepts in business – marketing, management, people and financials.
- It turns ambitions into action plans by providing the necessary tools, knowledge and contacts.
- Participants say that afterwards they felt they had the enthusiasm and systems overview to trust their gut and climb to the next level.
