- A full day workshop every two months over a two year period
- Action groups of 6-7 members meeting fortnightly to review commitments and plans
- 1:1 coaching every quarter
Please note: Long-term commitment (minimum six months) is recommended to facilitate change.

Facilitator
Dr Mike Ashby
Mike is the founder and director of The Breakthrough Company. Since 2003 he has worked with hundreds of business owners helping them grow their business and improve their lifestyle. His mission is to provide a bright light, a clear mirror and a kick in the pants. Mike’s teaching style is natural but compelling, entertaining but challenging. Before starting in the coaching/education business Mike was Chief Operating Officer at Southern Cross where he turned a $40M loss into a $30M profit in two years. Prior to that he was a partner at Ernst & Young Consulting, where he led the Strategy and Transformation team.
