I recently read this book, after a suggestion from one of our business partners that I needed to get some ‘self-reflection’ time. Marshall is a bit of a guru on management development and coaching and this book is really about exploring how you impact on others. It is an easy read, and I enjoyed it a lot – would recommend to any manager who wants to get better, and stop to think about why some people think you are a wanker!
