The six day ICE Bridge Leading and Managing for Growth programme will empower you to play a key role in the growth and direction of the owner managed business that you work within.
The purpose of the programme is to develop a vision that you and the business's owner manager can share. It will put you in a position to help develop and implement strategic business plans, strengthening your business's management team.
