In 2008, programmes at The ICEHOUSE took a new turn with the advent of the first customised programmes.  Our reputation for delivering high-impact learning environments and growth enablers to help owners and managers transform their businesses has attracted a handful of larger owner-managed or family owned businesses to seek us out.  Facing shifting market dynamics, new competitors, more demanding customers, or other strategic challenges we developed customised programmes to strengthen the leadership capacity of the executives and managers in these businesses and of the organisation as a whole.

Organisations that have used our customised programmes include Stevenson Group, Giltrap Group Holdings and Glidepath Limited.  In almost every case customers of tailored programmes are looking to build management competency into their business operations and develop leaders who can make a difference within the organisation.  While each company faces its own unique set of issues, challenges and opportunities, all typically partner with The ICEHOUSE to help achieve a lift in individual and organisational competency and inject new thinking and contemporary wisdom to take the business forward.
