Agribusiness Management Programme

The ICE Bridge Agribusiness Management Programme is tailored to the needs of owner-managers of agribusinesses, including food and beverage processors, growers and farmers.

The purpose of the programme is to develop the skills, resources and knowledge required to build and strengthen your business. The focus is on providing solutions to significant "threshold issues" which can create or impede value creation in agribusinesses. The programme will help you and your family create a plan for business and personal growth.

What can you expect to get out of it?

At the end of the programme you will have the knowledge to:

  •  Analyse and fine-tune your business and solve your own problems
  •  Identify and address rural issues around risk
  •  Identify people who can help you grow your business
  •  Understand the importance of succession planning
  •  Implement a successful long term growth plan
  •  Ask the right questions of your advisors
"The three main issues that I have within my business are staff, growth and succession.  The Agribusiness Management Programme helped me to implement changes that were beneficial to all three areas.  The programme helped set the ground work for change and included strategic management." - Nick Whisker, Owner, Whisker Farming Ltd, Agribusiness programme, 2005.
