As part of your regular one-on-one mentoring sessions, the ICE Accelerator Start-Up programme helps with analysing  your capability gaps and profiling  the roles and types of people that your business needs. We can then help you source those people through our networks and information channels.

The programme will also help you to recruit an external Advisory Board They have  the specialist skills and experience necessary to take your business to the next level.  This group  is led by an experienced business leader who will take a hands-on role in guiding your venture’s growth
